Justin Timberlake has listed his penthouse in New York City's upscale SoHo Mews building for $7.65 million, according to a post on the blog, The Real Estalker. It has three bedrooms and spans 2,598 square feet. The musician and performer, recently engaged to actress Jessica Biel, previously sold another three-bedroom Manhattan condo for $4.995 million.
