Prop 8 Supreme Court Case: Best Bytes Proposition 8, the law banning same-sex marriage in California, got its day in court today - the Supreme Court, that is. Charles Cooper argued that the group he represents is the right one to advocate for keeping the law and that the definition of marriage should not change. Ted Olson took the opposing side, representing a gay couple and a lesbian couple who want to be able to marry in their home state. Though the topic was serious, some of the comments from Justices drew laughter from the Court. Here are some of the best moments from the arguments today.
