Brrrr... A Very Frosty Christmas in the Region

Chicagoland is bracing for its coldest Christmas in 9 years. Today's high is expected to only reach 17 degrees around the Region, but wind chills will make it feel like 12-below. Temps are expected to go up a little overnight tonight.  Here are some low temperature observations from the early morning hours courtesy of the National Weather Service Chicago:
