'Quick Burst' of Snow Expected

The National Weather Service says accumulating snow will spread across the Chicago metropolitan area today (Saturday) with a 'quick burst' of moderate snow during the midday/afternoon hours.  Snowfall could reduce visibilities to 1/2 mile and snowfall rates could approach one-inch an hour.  Total accumulations are expected to be around 1-to-3 inches.
