Mazda is recalling 42-thousand vehicles because of a possible issue involving spiders. ABC News reports the recall involves the Mazda 6 -- from model years 2010 through 2012 -- the concern is spiders can weave webs in a vent hose and cause the fuel tank to crack. The yellow sac spider is attracted to hydrocarbons and has been found to build webs in the cars. The Mazda 6 was recalled in 2011 because of the same problem. But the fix didn't fully work - now the company will update the car's software to make sure fuel tank pressure doesn't build up.
