A crash reduction program to reduce traffic facilities was introduced at an Indiana State Police press conference Monday morning. The program utilizes police aircraft and camouflaged ground-based vehicles-like an INDOT truck. Lt. Jerry Williams, a 20 year veteran of the Indiana State Police and the current Commander of the State Police Lowell Post told our Tom Lounges that about 95% of Indiana drivers obey the rules of the road.
