Westbound traffic was delayed about a half an hour after a two-vehicle crash this morning on the Indiana Toll Road ramp to the Borman interchange. Indiana State Police at the Toll Road says the crash, between a car and a semi, occurred at 6:35 this morning, with the driver of the car suffering a minor laceration to the face, and was treated at the scene. Authorities report the incident is under investigation and no further information is available at this time.
