The Indiana State Department of Health today confirmed another case of fungal meningitis in Indiana, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 52, with four deaths. The Times reports all four deaths have occurred in northern Indiana, with the fourth victim reportedly a 62 year old woman from St. Joseph County, according to a statement made by the county's health director to the South Bend Tribune for a report Thursday. Published reports say all four deaths have occurred in northern Indiana, with the other three reportedly occurring in Elkhart County.
