A 61 year old Center Township man may face only four-years behind bars in the drunk driving death of a motorcyclist, after pleading guilty to to the felony offense today. The Times reports David Corbett will be sentenced on January 3^rd, and how long he is imprisoned depends on if the proposed plea agreement is accepted by Porter Superior Court Judge Roger Bradford. Published reports say Corbett reportedly ran a stop sign on westbound 600 West on June 21^st, 2011, and struck and killed 61 year old Howard Schwartz of Rockville. The Times says Corbett has agreed to substance abuse treatment and to be part of a victim impact panel if given probation.
