A 34 year old Highland man is one-million dollars richer after matching all five numbers, minus the Powerball number, from Wednesday night's record Powerball jackpot. The Hoosier Lottery reports Larry Chandler, a union electrician, says he will not quit his job, and plans to use his winnings to help his mom, start a college fund for his daughter, and take his girlfriend to Red Lobster. Chandler purchased his winning ticket at the Highland Citgo, on Kennedy Avenue, and is one of two Hoosiers to win one-million dollars. At last check the other prize had yet to be claimed, but officials say it was purchased downstate.
