Authorities say a 30-year-old construction worker from Wheatfield was killed at the Hoosier Heartland construction site near Delphi in north-central Indiana. The Carroll County Sheriffs Department says Friday afternoon emergency responders and construction workers were trying to find a missing worker, and about an hour later the body of 30-year-old Arthur Kerns was recovered at the scene. Police say he was working at the excavation site when a hillside gave way. The Carroll County Coroner's office, Carroll County Sheriff's Department and Indiana State Police are investigating
