Construction continues on Valparaiso University's new Duesenberg Welcome Center near the entrance to campus along US 30. Work began in May on a 15-thousand square foot structure that the university says will create a “front door” for VU. The project is expected to be complete in May or June of 2013. University officials say the building will also house historical and modern exhibits as a continuation of the University’s story told in Heritage Hall, which was dedicated in April 2011.
