The Indiana Civil Rights Commission, or ICRC, today announced probable cause has been found into complaints of sexual harassment against the owner of a Highland restaurant, as well as other male employees. The Commission's Deputy Director reports two female waitress, at Les Brothers Restaurant and Pancake House, reported multiple incidents of sexual harassment, which included verbal and physical behavior. The ICRC reports despite both women telling the restaurant owner's son about the behavior, which ranged from sexual comments and derogatory name calling to inappropriate touching and grabbing, nothing was done. The restaurant's owner denies the allegations.
