Carrie Underwood, country music star and American Idol winner, sold her modest home in Franklin, Tenn. for $372,500. It's custom home that spans 2,956 square feet with three bedrooms, and a library. She bought it in 2005 for $384,000 on the heels of her "American Idol" win. She first listed it for sale in 2011 for $419,900. In 2007 she bought another home in the Nashville suburb of Brentwood for $1.353 million, Zillow reports. She and her husband, NHL star Mike Fisher, also bought 400 acres in Franklin, where they plan to build a custom estate.
