GAMERS ADMIT TO MISSING FUNERALS, TURNING DOWN SEX AND EVEN URINATING INTO BOTTLES TO STAY IN THEIR VIDEO WORLD
New research has found many gamers are willing to miss out on real-world events to play their favorite games. Almost half of male gamers admitted they have turned down sex to continue playing, while a fifth of female gamers said they’d missed weddings. More disgustingly, one in seven gamers confessed to relieving themselves in an empty drink bottle to avoid having to leave the room. According to the study, although men were willing to give up a night of passion, or even going to the toilet, they were less likely than women to skip spending time with their friends. Women even said they’d missed funerals in order to play their games. Surprisingly, one in five gamers admitted to staying up for at least 30 consecutive hours playing their favorite games.
Do you have a favorite Thanksgiving Dish? Here's what it says about your personality:
PUMPKIN PIE - You love the warm fuzzy feelings that go with the holidays. You crave comfort, especially during this time of year. You know how to be there for people. You are generous with your time, and you can always spare a couple hours for someone. You appreciate the people you love, and the best moments of your life are when you're sharing something special with them.
SWEET POTATOES - You are kind, wholesome, and considerate. You are a very well-grounded person. You get a lot of satisfaction from being responsible and working hard. You like to have all your ducks in a row. People find you very relatable and exceptionally dependable. Friends and family know that they can count on your strength. While you're reliable, you're not boring at all.
TURDUCKEN - A traditional Thanksgiving meal is not nearly enough to satisfy you. You have a huge appetite, and you keep eating even after you're full. You are totally crazy and over the top. How else could you explain your love for a Turkey stuffed with a duck that's stuffed with chicken? In life, you make bold and spontaneous moves. You don't put a lot of thought into your actions, and some pretty outrageous thinks end up happening.
CRANBERRY SAUCE - You have broad tastes, and you are definitely not an uptight foodie. If something is yummy, you'll eat it. So in your view, there's nothing wrong with canned cranberry sauce. It's a classic for a reason. You are quite cosmopolitan, but you're never a snob. You've lived enough to know to be open minded about things.
MASHED POTATOES - You're the type of person who can get along with anyone. Like mashed potatoes, you mesh well with stronger personalities. In fact, you tend to prefer to hang with those who steal the spotlight. You were never looking for the spotlight anyway. You are appreciative of everything you have in life, and you don't take much for granted. You enjoy life's small comforts. You are never picky, and you pride yourself on being low maintenance. You can always make the best of a bad time.
TURKEY - You are not easily distracted in life...or at Thanksgiving. You always have your eye on the prize. You don't pay attention to unimportant details, and half-hearted Thanksgiving side dishes are barely on your radar. The main event of Thanksgiving is the turkey, and that's really all you care about. As always, you only think big. In life, you take a similar approach. You're able to focus on the one goal that matters. You are good at getting whatever you're after.
FRIED TURKEY - You enjoy the holidays but not more so than any other days. You always have something interesting going on, no matter what time of year it is. You are not very likely to go traditional for any holiday. You're much more into doing things your own way. You're the type to throw the turkey in the deep fryer...and heck, the mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie too!
STUFFING - You love the togetherness of Thanksgiving, and you like adding your own little something to the group dynamic. Like stuffing, you do a good job complementing and cooperating with others. When you're on your own, you're a little lost. You are old fashioned and love traditions. You like to remember the holidays of your childhood and replicate them as much as possible. You think that passing down customs is important.

AMANDA BYNES GOING TO COURT
Amanda Bynes is mentally capable of understanding the nature of the criminal charges she faces, and as a result the road is now clear for her to stand trial for DUI. Amanda's case was in Mental Health Court yesterday morning, and the judge read the court-ordered medical evaluation of the actress, and determined she is now competent to face the DUI charges. Amanda's lawyer, Rich Hutton, did not object to the findings so the criminal case -- which was put on hold -- will now go forward.
SYLVIA BROWNE DIES
One of the more noted TV psychic mediums, Sylvia Browne, has passed away at 77 years old. She died yesterday morning in San Jose, Cal. Browne rose to fame through appearances on "Larry King Live" and "The Montel Williams Show," eventually becoming a regular part of "Montel." The news of her death broke on TMZ, along with a message on Sylvia's Facebook page, noting that a private memorial service would be scheduled. While many found comfort in the messages Browne gave while speaking with audiences on various shows, there were also several instances where she made predictions that turned out to be false. Among those was that Michael Jackson would be convicted of child molestation in 2005 and that President Obama would lose his bid for reelection in 2012.
"The Voice" had another big elimination — and instant save — on last night’s results show. Host Carson Daly revealed Austin Jenckes, Caroline Pennell, and Kat Robichaud were in the Bottom Three. Caroline Pennell of Team Cee Lo Green was saved with the viewers instant save. That meant Team Cee Lo's Kat Robichaud and Team Blake's Austin Jenckes were sent a packin.

PLAYSTATION 4 “BLUE LIGHT OF DEATH” HAUNTING SOME CUSTOMERS
The PlayStation 4 may have sold more than 1 million units in its first day alone, but not all of them are happy customers. Many consoles have experienced what's being called the "Blue Light of Death," a situation where the PS4 doesn't output any signal to the TV while its power indicator displays pulsating blue light. All PS4 consoles display the blue light when the PS4 turns on, but it eventually transitions to white when the system is fully functional. Consoles afflicted with the Blue Light of Death never get past the blue light, turning the system into a $400 paperweight. A troubleshooting guide on The PS4 forums says it could be issues relating to the system's power supply and hard drive, as well as incompatibility issues with certain televisions. "We appreciate your patience while we investigate," wrote the post's author, a Sony employee.
